About Allergy Menu

Allergy Menu is a free app. If you have food allergies, you know how scary it is to order food at a restaurant. Well your fears could be eliminated with Allergy Menu. This app lets people with food allergies eat out safely. Allergy Menu list all the ingredients of every item on the menu. No hidden Allergies.

It was designed by Abigail DiCarlo for her fourth grade invention project. Abby had the idea because of her four year old cousin Logan who has food allergies. Logan is not only allergic to peanuts and tree nuts but also sesame seeds. A sesame allergy is not common and not always listed in the simple description on a menu. This makes it hard to eat out. However, with Allergy Menu eating out can be possible

Please keep in mind that Allergy Menu app is still in its early stage and is still being worked on.

Mission : Abby's mission is that someday all restaurant menus have barcodes that can be scanned so people with food allergies can eat out safely.
