4 flounder fillets
2 egg whites
1 cup gluten-free bread crumbs
3 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
While on the fat loss plan, you are only allowed one bread product per day if you are exercising daily and if all your other meals are on track.
Directions: Put two egg whites into a bowl and whisk with a fork. Next, pour the bread crumbs onto a dinner plate. Dip each raw fillet into the egg and coat with the bread crumbs. Fry the fish at medium-high heat for about two minutes on each side until fully cooked. Include a vegetable with each fillet, such as green beans. Serves four.
3-4 oz cooked tuna steak.
1 sectioned orange.
3 avocado slices.
In a bowl, combine 1 chopped garlic clove, 3 Tbsp gluten-free tamari soy sauce, 2 tsp olive oil, and 1 diced scallion. Marinate a raw tuna steak in the mixture and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes prior to cooking. Next, fry the tuna in a non-stick pan along with the marinade. Serve with avocado and have an orange for dessert.
3-4 oz cooked sole or other fish.
Have a large tossed on the side and enjoy a fruit for dessert (such as a sliced apple, peach or pear).

Lemon Pepper Swordfish
3-4 oz cooked swordfish steak.
1 baked sweet potato (2x5”) with broccoli rabe sautéed in diced garlic and olive oil.
1 Tbsp extra-virgin olive oil.
Place the swordfish into a baking dish and add the spices. Bake at 400o degrees for 15-20 minutes. The average baking time for the sweet potatoes for 45 minutes.
Lobster Tail + Barley Salad
1 lobster tail. Season with your choice of seasonings and broil for 5-10 minutes.
1 cup cooked barley salad (see below).
2 tsp olive oil.
How to Make Barley Salad:
2 cups cooked barley (1 cup uncooked)
2 Tbsp diced red pepper
2 Tbsp diced green pepper
2 Tbsp finely chopped shallots
2 Tbsp Dijon mustard
2 Tbsp olive oil
Bring 1 cup uncooked pearled barley and 2 cups of water (or broth) to a boil. Reduce heat and let simmer for an additional 40-50 minutes until the water has been absorbed. Allow to cool and combine the ingredients listed to make barley salad. Serves four.
