Dial A Brew (Pty) Ltd was established in February 2018. Its launch was as a result of a market research campaign that was carried out in the Nelson Mandela Bay Metro. The reason for the formation of this company was to counteract the following:
• Harmful effects of drinking and driving
Criminal records for offenders
• Restricted trading hours of liquor outlets
• Increase in crime in the metro at nightlife venues

WHO IS DIAL A BREW?
DIAL A BREW is an alcohol delivery app. It provides a fast and convenient way to buy beer, wine and spirits in Port Elizabeth via our mobile platform.
HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
Placing an order is eazy peezy. Simply select your desired items from our menu, select checkout and make the payment. One of our drivers will then be dispatched to you, with your drinks arriving within 60 minutes**.
WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS TO PLACE AN ORDER?
To place an order on DIAL A BREW, you must be 18 years or older (ID verification required), have a smartphone, a valid credit / debit card and reside within Port Elizabeth and in the areas in which we serve.
HOW DO I PAY FOR MY ORDER?
Very important to note, DIAL A BREW is a Cashless delivery service. We make use of the PayFast platform to process all payments. Select the Instant EFT option and simply follow the prompts. Kindly note you will be required to be registered for internet banking or have the mobile app for your particular bank to complete the payment.
IS IT SAFE TO ENTER MY DEBIT / CREDIT CARD INFO?
Yes!!! DIAL A BREW uses encryption systems to securely process your payment. DIAL A BREW does not have direct access to your payment info and none of your credit card information is ever stored on our servers.
HOW DO I KNOW MY ORDER WAS SUCCESSFUL?
As soon as your payment has been processed on the Payfast platform and your order has been accepted, you will receive notification of the acceptance via the Dial A Brew app. The app will then notify once your order has been collected and you will be able to track your driver and follow the progress of your delivery. Once the driver has reached your location you will receive notification that he is at your door.
WHEN ARE THE FUNDS DEDUCTED FROM MY DEBIT / CREDIT CARD?
We will deduct money from your credit / debit card as soon as you have concluded your transaction on the app.
ARE THERE DELIVERY FEES INVOLVED?
All deliveries within a 5km radius will be charged a flat rate of R30. All areas which fall between 5km and 15km will be charged a flat rate of R50. All areas outside of that radius up to a maximum of 25km will be charged a rate of R80.
ARE ORDERS REQUIRED TO BE ABOVE A CERTAIN VALUE?
There is a minimum order value of R50.

Besides your favourite Beer and Spirits, we also offer a range of complementary products, like mixers, ice, tobacco, snacks etc.
WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES?
DIAL A BREW strives to get your favourite drinks delivered within 60 minutes of placing your order. Delivery times are however subject to variables such as time of day and traffic conditions.
