FORISMA SMA N 1 Cawas berdiri tahun 1999 sebagai wadah dan pembinaan siswa muslim yang aktif dalam kegiatan keagamaan Islam. Organisasi ini berlandaskan Al-Quran dan As-Sunnah.

Tujuan pokok FORISMA dalam setiap penyelenggaraan syiar Islam (dalam bentuk program kerja) hanya satu yaitu meraih ridho Allah yang Maha Esa.

Selain sebagai lembaga dakwah, FORISMA diharapkan bisa menjadi tempat mempererat ukhuwah Islamiyah.
