Given my classroom and sales floor education, I value customer relationship management (CRM) principles and often aid in their execution. Being at the frontline of the business allows me to study brand impressions at a consumer level and mobilizes my ability to enhance user experience. I am excited to capitalize on this insight as I move forward into other roles and channels.
What I'm Proud Of
What sets me apart is my consistency in delivering an extraordinary customer experience. I've sustained a 77.5% WTR year-to-date, measuring customer's satisfaction with AT&T and myself.
When the need arises, I volunteer as a leader. I revel in the oversight and execution stages of a project. Together with my capstone team, we partnered with Ninkasi Brewing to calculate their organic growth rates and developed a proposal for its forecasted expansion.
I am driven by the positive correlation that exists between excellent customer interaction and quantitative, actionable metrics tracked in real-time. I expected my 3- month "sabbatical" to set me back this year; I am currently at 74% gross add count and 95% strategic product attainment.

"Brick and Mortar" Moments
Let's start with my career. Working with AT&T as a bilingual sales consultant, I specialize in consumer and small business account development. In this role, I build rapport with every client to ultimately position customized, mobile solutions based on their needs.
Prior to AT&T, I was a manager for The Limited as well as White House | Black Market (WHBM). At these retailers, I coached teams of 8+ associates on successful client conversion methods, average dollar sale per transaction, and e-mail capture rates among other metrics.
