MyMPI is your Insurance tool kit which contains important information about the Insurance arrangements provided by your employer.
As described in the email you received when your employer insured you, it is a condition of your employment that you register with this portal in which you will find useful information about the Insurance your employer has provided all staff plus additional cover options which require your actions.
The insurance plan is shown in three parts where the basic Medical and Personal Liability (Part A) is provided to all staff and then follows options for Parts B and C.

How to Claim
Resort Staff Claims
When making a claim as a member of staff you are doing so under your company's Resort Staff insurance policy which is one of the reasons we ask your manager to sign the claim form.
CLAIMS FORMS - The procedure :
For all claims please complete both the:
'front page' and 'back page'
Then choose and complete one or more of the claim types below:
Emergency medical expenses, repatriation, hospital benefit
Personal effects, ski equipment, summer sports equipment, gadgets
If your claim does not fall into any of the above claim types, please complete the 'front and 'back pages' and attach a covering letter with details of your claim.
What do I do after I have completed the claim form?
Once the relevant forms have been completed and signed by your manager, forward to MPI Claims by post, fax or email, which is shown on the 'back page'
Please keep copies for your own records as in some circumstances original invoices/receipts may be required.
If claiming under more than one section you will only need to complete one 'front page' and 'back page'. The 'back page' needs to be signed by yourself and your Manager/Employer.
Notification of Incident
We always suggest to complete and return a claim form immediately (links found above), but if for some reason you cannot do this within the 31 days Insurers stipulate, you can complete the Notification of Incident (“NOI”) form below. This will extend the time you have to submit a full claim form to 3 months. It can also help with the guarantee of payment, by completing, printing and providing to the supplier e.g. piste rescue, physiotherapist etc.
If using as a guarantee, you must still complete a full claim form before the 3 months expires, providing the invoices from the services used.
