The Trust is a Public Charitable Trust and thus, a non-profit organisation. The promotion and objectives of this Trust shall involve no activity of profit. The properties and income of the Trust shall be applied solely towards the promotion of the objects of the Trust and the Trustees are not eligible for any income of the Trust. Provided however that nothing contained herein shall prevent the trustees from reimbursing themselves out of the Trust Fund, of all bonafide expenses that may be incurred by them jointly or severally in or about the executing of the Trust purposes and other reasonable expenses incurred for the purposes of the Trust

Mission : a. To establish, maintain or grant aid to homes for the aged, orphanages or other establishments for the relief and help to the poor, needy and destitute people, orphans, widows and aged persons. b. Relief of the poor – to provide clean drinking water, food, latrines, kitchens with fuel efficient stoves to poor and the underprivileged in the community.
c. Basic education and literacy- To provide training and develop the knowledge, skill, mind and character of students of any caste and religion.
d. Advancement of any other objects of general public utility –
i. To acquire property for the sole use for public good by making it available for public purposes as for example, housing a library, clinic, crèche and/or as a community hall to be available for public use as training classes, seminars, discourses and other public functions for benefit of the community in general.
ii. To undertake any other activity incidental to the above activities but which are not inconsistent with the above objects.
iii. To serve the society at large by imparting knowledge and educate people from all caste and religion in order to achieve social development, real unity and peace in the society.
