Inspired by the foods that prevails in the streets that the three wheeled auto rickshaw (also known as tuk-tuk, samosa, mototaxi, trishaw, tempo and the many many other things) trawls, The Rickshaw promises to charm and delight.
Its Asian Street Food that is sold on carts with a modern Australian twist. The Rickshaw is all about combining the freshest local produce with the flavours that bring out the best in them.
The Rickshaw’s Head Chef – Chef Pui is a true foodie. Her passion for cooking can be tasted in her dishes, and her creativity with ingredients is evident in her plating.

The Rickshaw is located on Melbourne’s best kept secret –Gertrude Street in Fitzroy. This 100 year old street is home to theatre, art, fashion boutiques, galleries, restaurants and all that is eclectic and very Melbourne.
